Reiki I is the first level of Reiki attunement. Through a series of initiations and instructions, your healing potential is activated.
During this course you learn and practice the basic hand positions of the Usui Reiki method. You will experience the sense of deep relaxation and cleansing as your energy levels become clearer and more open.
This level is for YOU. It is a great starting point for your own healing.
There are four attunements for Reiki I performed by the Reiki master. These are easy and relaxing. After the first attunement your channel is open. You will experience a greater awareness. Following the second and third attunements the energy will flow more fluently. The last attunement will seal your channel open FOR LIFE. You will begin to heal yourself and be able to share this powerful gift with others.
During the course a brief history of Reiki and the Reiki lineage is explained. You will learn the 5 principles of Reiki practice and begin to use them. The course will also include Reiki used with other modalities such as bushflower essences, crystals and colour. You will experience group meditation and sharing in a safe and loving space.
This course offers a place for self healing, learning and personal growth.
There are no pre-requisites for this course.
You will automatically become a member of the Reiki family and be able to share Reiki anywhere in the world. Reiki share groups are held regularly with Susan. |
