Holistic Counselling is a body-based therapy. The aim is to heal and rid the body of inhibiting traumas to live life to the full as a healthy, happy and spiritually connected being. When you are fully connected you are more confident and aligned with your own sense of purpose. You have a stronger sense of your own boundaries and capacity to deal with life in a more balanced and centred way.
Using the senses is the key in this type of treatment. This allows the mind to have a break and let the story surface from the body experience.

It’s easy to fix a scraped knee when a child falls over. We tend to it with bandaids and antiseptic. But when do we deal with the trauma the child feels by the shock of the fall or being pushed over or the teasing afterwards? Sometimes the adult will carry that emotional, mental or spiritual trauma throughout life and still be trapped with the child’s experience. During Holistic counselling sessions you can find the place of trauma and bring the healing that is needed to rescue the trapped child or situation.
Holistic counselling is suitable for treatment of many lifestyle issues including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, mental disorder, emotional stress, pain management, and addictions.

You may be satisfied with one session, but generally a block of 4-6 sessions is required for thefull benefit.
